We also advise clients when they confront alcoholic beverage licensing and regulatory issues in the acquisition and operation of hotels and restaurants. In addition, we are experienced in the preparation of management agreements and liquor license concession agreements designed to comply with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act’s requirement that only a liquor licensee may receive revenue from the sale of alcoholic beverages.
